Our programmes are designed to support different needs: from focused performance development to regular movement practice and tailored education and outreach. Each stream has its own rhythm and outcomes—below is an overview. For dates, fees, and how to apply, get in touch or check the community page for workshop listings.

Performance Development

For artists and small ensembles who want to develop a specific piece or body of work. We offer structured support from concept through to stage or screen: dramaturgy, space, technical support where relevant, and feedback from peers and facilitators. Sessions can be block-based or spread over a period to suit your process. This programme is best suited to those who already have a practice and are ready to push a project forward.

Movement Practice

Regular sessions that build technique, body awareness, and creative confidence. We draw on contemporary and somatic approaches and keep groups small enough for individual attention. Levels are indicated per term so you can choose the right entry point. No prior experience is required for our introductory blocks—only curiosity and a willingness to move.

Education & Outreach

We work with schools, colleges, and community groups to deliver workshops and projects that fit your context. Content can focus on creative movement, performance skills, wellbeing through movement, or cross-curricular themes. We tailor length, level, and format to your aims and constraints. Enquiries from education and outreach partners are welcome throughout the year.
